Job Description:
Haines Hunter HQ is the Auckland/Northland dealer for Haines Hunter Boats and retailer of Yamaha Outboard motors. The company requires a marine service technician for general servicing of Yamaha outboards, 2 stroke & 4 stroke, some trailer work, brake maintenance etc. rigging of new boats and repowers will form part of the work schedule. The position is workshop based.
Required Qualifications:
- Trade qualified – New Zealand or recognised equivalent.
- Marine experience with Yamaha is preferred but not necessary.
- Own Tools.
- Consideration will be given to similar trade skills.
Personal Profile:
- Clean & tidy work habits.
- Excellent communicator – good command of English both oral and written.
- Disciplined approach to work.
- Reports to Workshop Team Leader.
Package:
Negotiable with an appropriate rate for skills, experience and training.
Location:
Ellerslie, Auckland.
Close to motorway and public transport.
Hours:
Full-time position with a commitment to do overtime as required.
Overtime rates will apply.
